SW307 - Museums and the Presentation of the Southwest
Examines the role of museums as educational institutions in preserving and presenting cultural products and heritages. Emphasis on the hands-on analysis of artifacts, interpretation of material culture and the presentation of the cultures of the Southwest. (Limited to 16 students.) May meet either the Critical Perspectives: Global Cultures or Social Inequality requirement.
Prerequisite: Anthropology 111 or consent of instructor.
